Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide professional and personalized consultations to clients regarding our range of aesthetic and wellness services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including appointment scheduling, administrative duties, and managing client inquiries.
  • Educate clients on our service offerings and help them achieve their aesthetic goals through tailored recommendations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the treatment team to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Handle client feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick resolution of any concerns.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or the beauty/spa industry.
  • Possess a pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the beauty sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
