Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
