Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential product improvements

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
