Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and schedule aircon service jobs, ensuring optimal deployment of field technicians.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing status updates on maintenance visits.
  • Prepare accurate and timely service quotations and invoices for clients.
  • Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure all ACMV maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Liaise between internal technical teams and external clients to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service logs, client interactions, and project progress in our database.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support the smooth delivery of facility maintenance services.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, helpdesk, or coordination roles within the facility management or ACMV industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
