Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes for both air and sea freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents to secure bookings and track cargo.
- Prepare and verify critical shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Provide proactive shipment updates to clients and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Monitor shipment status and troubleshoot any delays or operational issues that arise.
- Liaise with the warehouse and trucking departments to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Maintain accurate data entry within the company's freight management system.
- Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or International Logistics.
- A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of shipping documentation and international Incoterms.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and freight management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
