DSV Contract Logistics is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to join our operations team in Pasir Gudang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our operational excellence and our valued clients, ensuring seamless logistical coordination and administrative support.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in managing daily logistics documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process daily logistics documentation including Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate data entries within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure operational transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and update daily operational reports for management review.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory records or shipping labels.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure office workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a logistics or 3PL environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics documentation and processes is a distinct advantage.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
