Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing timely shipment status updates.
- Coordinate ocean freight shipments, ensuring accuracy in booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Liaise between internal departments, port authorities, and external shipping lines to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices, in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules to proactively identify and mitigate potential delays.
- Maintain precise electronic records of all transactions within the internal logistics management system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving shipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ocean freight, shipping, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) and standard documentation requirements.
