Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and shipment status updates via phone/email/chat
- Coordinate with truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
- Process documentation including bills of lading, delivery orders, and customs forms
- Resolve complaints and service disruptions with proactive communication
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and customer relationship records
- Collaborate with sales teams to address client needs and service improvements
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years customer service experience in transportation/warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian road transport regulations
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
