Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to commuters, addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the service counter.
- Assist passengers with fare inquiries, route navigation, and ticketing processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Process daily transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle petty cash.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and smooth service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Valid Singapore ID or Passport and eligible to work in Singapore.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday or Rotating Shifts).
