Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle
- Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier communication and purchase order processing
- Oversee shipping operations and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and procurement performance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service and order management
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management
- Knowledge of shipping operations and logistics coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
