Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer orders including order processing, tracking, and resolution of inquiries
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure WMS database integrity
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery and freight management
- Handle B2C customer communications professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory audits and quality checks
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an MNC logistics company
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
- Strong B2C customer service and communication skills
- Experience in inventory management and stock control procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
