Join Elitez Group as a Customer Service & Documentation Manager and lead our logistics excellence team. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end export operations while ensuring documentation precision and SOP adherence. Manage a dedicated team of 12 professionals, driving KPI achievement through streamlined shipping processes and proactive client communication. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination of critical logistics documentation, including export bookings, shipping manifests, and compliance records. You'll be instrumental in fostering client relationships, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery in our dynamic manufacturing and transport environment.

- Lead and mentor a team of 12 customer service and documentation specialists
- Oversee end-to-end export booking processes and shipping documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and industry regulations
- Monitor and report on KPIs to drive operational improvements
- Manage customer relationships and resolve service escalations
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth cargo handling
- Develop and maintain documentation systems for audit readiness
- Conduct training sessions on compliance and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business
- 5+ years in logistics documentation with 2+ years team leadership
- Expertise in export documentation and shipping compliance
- Proven KPI tracking and performance management experience
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
