- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for manufacturing and logistics equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain client systems to optimize performance
- Provide remote and on-site technical support with rapid response times
- Document service activities, create technical reports, and maintain customer databases
- Train clients on equipment operation and preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential operational risks
- Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service engineering
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical/electrical systems and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Certification in relevant technical systems (e.g., HVAC, industrial machinery) preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional field service assignments
