Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
- Document interactions in CRM systems and provide detailed reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow confidentiality protocols
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years in customer service or related field
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High emotional intelligence and patience in handling challenging situations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Resident of Medan or willing to relocate at own expense
