Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Guide clients through photography package selection and customization
- Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate client records
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote studio services
- Collaborate with photographers to understand current promotions and offerings

- Contribute to team sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and point-of-sale systems
