Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive process improvements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs including response time and resolution rate.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
  • Provide proactive communication to clients regarding service updates or order statuses.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with empathy.
  • Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to work in the Changi area and comfortable with flexible scheduling if required.
