Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze product non-conformance reports to initiate corrective actions with the production team.
- Support the coordination and successful launch of new product developments within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Liaise between logistics, production, and sales departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Report on team performance metrics and KPIs to management to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical product specifications and non-conformance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
