Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and courteous assistance
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Provide detailed information about beauty products, services, promotions, and policies
- Process customer transactions, including payments and product purchases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the beauty team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; college degree or relevant certification preferred
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns
- Proficient in basic computer applications and customer service software
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a beauty industry setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus
