Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
