Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders and handle customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving billing and invoicing issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or logistics support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics terminology and shipping procedures is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
