You will provide detailed information regarding our emergency response training programs, assist with course registrations, and resolve customer issues promptly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist customers with course registration, enrollment processes, and program information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
  • Handle payment processing and resolve billing-related queries professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for service quality.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead qualification.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
