Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays if required.
