As a Customer Service Executive, your primary role will be to act as the voice of our company. You will handle a wide range of customer interactions — from answering product questions to resolving billing issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays if required.
