Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding shipments, commodities, and trading operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and manage necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status and logistics details.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of international trade terms and shipping procedures is a plus.
