Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate service proposals based on client needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the logistics department to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Oversee shipment scheduling and track delivery status to ensure on-time arrival.
- Assist clients in preparing and verifying essential documentation for business processes.
- Maintain and update the company’s internal CRM database with accurate client interaction logs.
- Generate periodic reports to monitor service performance and customer feedback trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or logistics support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
