Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate service proposals based on client needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the logistics department to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Oversee shipment scheduling and track delivery status to ensure on-time arrival.
  • Assist clients in preparing and verifying essential documentation for business processes.
  • Maintain and update the company’s internal CRM database with accurate client interaction logs.
  • Generate periodic reports to monitor service performance and customer feedback trends.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or logistics support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
