Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through solution-oriented communication
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems for continuity and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times
- Continuously improve service processes based on customer feedback
- Represent Eatnovation brand values in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and empathy
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia) is advantageous
