Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through systematic troubleshooting and escalation protocols
- Provide accurate product/service information while maintaining comprehensive knowledge databases
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems with precise details and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product or service-related inquiries
- Meet key performance indicators including response times and customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
