Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a BPO/call center
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Resilience under pressure with multitasking capabilities
