Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
