Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback with empathy and timely solutions
- Drive customer engagement through personalized interactions and relationship building
- Document and update customer interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain service quality standards and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in healthcare or BPO industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant personality with high emotional intelligence
