- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

Kualifikasi
- Singaporean or Singapore PR citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in 3PL/logistics industry
- Proficiency in order management and logistics tracking systems
- Strong communication skills in English and local dialects
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced MNC environment
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and documentation procedures
