Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and warehouse inventory updates.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse operations and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback or delivery discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, invoices, and logistics reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Monitor logistics workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or WMS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude.
  • Able to work in the Tuas/West region.
