Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries related to aerospace shipments with professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for aerospace cargo, including documentation and customs clearance
- Provide operational support to ensure timely and efficient delivery of aerospace shipments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aerospace industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or delays in shipment processes
- Update and maintain customer records and shipment information in our system
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to aerospace logistics
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination
- Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
