As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product issues, processing returns, and maintaining accurate records in our database. Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems quickly will be essential to maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to address inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Provide detailed after-sales support and resolve complaints or technical issues efficiently.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and technical support, to resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and offer training to new customers when necessary.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management to improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a patient and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily performance targets.
  • High school diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
