As a Customer Service Executive, you'll work closely with our operational teams to ensure timely pick-up, proper documentation, and efficient customs clearance for air cargo. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction in the fast-paced logistics industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on shipment status
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customs) to ensure smooth cargo handling
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and shipment details
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer service
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of air freight regulations, documentation, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
