Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service for airfreight and export shipments
  • Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on shipment status
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the company system
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service enhancement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with airfreight operations, export documentation, and customs procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms is an advantage
