Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service for airfreight and export shipments
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on shipment status
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the company system
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Familiarity with airfreight operations, export documentation, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms is an advantage
