Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems following data protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and process improvements
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics consistently
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and participating in training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent verbal/written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- High emotional intelligence and patience when handling diverse customer profiles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays if required
