Join Cornerstone Global Partners as a Customer Service Executive and become the voice of our valued customers! We're seeking dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of customer service/call centre experience
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
