Join Cornerstone Global Partners as a Customer Service Executive and become the voice of our valued customers! We're seeking dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This 12-month renewable contract position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced call centre environment. You'll receive comprehensive training on our products and systems while working with a supportive team dedicated to service excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
  • Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience

Kualifikasi

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service/call centre experience
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal/written)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
  • Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
