Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, efficiency, and professional judgment.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update customer interaction records in the CRM database with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely solutions for complex client issues.
  • Escalate critical cases to management following standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centre operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and shift patterns.
