PERSOL is seeking a motivated and articulate Customer Service Executive to join our high-energy call centre team in Tampines. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain professional experience in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with their inquiries and providing direct, impactful solutions.

In this role, you will be the voice of our client, ensuring that every caller receives professional, empathetic, and efficient support. Whether you are solving complex queries or providing routine information, your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via telephone with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and direct information regarding products, services, or account status.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide effective, timely solutions to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality in accordance with internal KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive brand experience through polite, clear, and empathetic communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations.
  • Strong active listening skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must be fully available for the contract duration: 19 May 2026 to 30 June 2026.
