Arkema, a global leader in specialty chemicals, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order management process, ensuring that our customers and vendors receive seamless service while maintaining the integrity of our master data.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate customer, vendor, and material master data in the ERP system.
- Execute the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring timeliness and 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, production, and finance to resolve order-related discrepancies.
- Monitor incoming orders, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Process documentation for shipments and ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding delivery status, product availability, and order modifications.
- Proactively identify and report process bottlenecks to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry setting is a distinct advantage.
