In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including production, logistics, and sales to meet customer demands and resolve any issues proactively. Additionally, you will support the coordination of customer service activities, handle inquiries, and generate performance reports.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, and sales) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to orders, shipments, and inventory records.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports on order performance, backlogs, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and export/import regulations where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, or sales coordination, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with international trade documentation and logistics processes is a plus.
