As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the frontline representative, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional. Your responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collaborate with different departments to improve service processes and contribute to a seamless customer journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Available to work shifts (no overnight shifts)
