- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival or via phone/email to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Process orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and a focus on problem resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace to enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and retail staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upsell products or services to meet team sales targets while maintaining a helpful tone.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required by the business.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
