Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and empathy
- Process and verify customer orders accurately in ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer complaints and implement follow-up solutions
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM databases
- Monitor order status proactively and communicate delivery updates
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in business administration preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing/logistics sector
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude with conflict resolution abilities
