We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and operational teams, ensuring seamless shipment coordination across air, sea, and land freight services. You will manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to delivery, providing expert guidance on shipping solutions, documentation requirements, and transit timelines. This position requires exceptional communication skills to build lasting client relationships while resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently. You will collaborate with carriers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics operations and maintain service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end shipment coordination for air, sea, and land freight services
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Process and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time status updates to clients
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Prepare accurate quotations and service cost breakdowns
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed client records and communication logs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
