Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer needs and improve service quality
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products/services effectively
- Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of customer confidentiality
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for clear communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
