Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer needs and improve service quality

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
