Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers in a professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proven customer service orientation with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
