Our client, a prestigious government agency in Singapore, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Executives on a 7-month contract. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person. You will provide accurate information about government schemes and services, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the team with administrative duties such as data entry, document processing, and record management.

The role is based in the Central Region, offering convenient access to public transport. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with no shift work required. This contract provides an attractive monthly salary of up to $2,640, along with opportunities for learning and development. You will be employed by Cornerstone Global Partners, a leading recruitment agency, and deployed to the government client’s office.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from members of the public, providing accurate and courteous information.
  • Assist in the processing of applications, submissions, and other service requests within stipulated service standards.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the agency's database systems.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Direct complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or supervisors for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; relevant certification in customer service is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in the public sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred for government roles.
