Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end customer service experience for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process essential trade documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding shipment status and resolve any logistical discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our internal database.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an import/export or logistics customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Working knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
