- Manage escalated customer issues to resolution, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Provide end-to-end support for logistics-related queries and order fulfillment
- Assist managed sellers with platform navigation, product listings, and account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly
