We operate across diverse industry sectors including Entertainment, Social Media, Gaming, Travelling, Telecommunications, Healthcare, IT, and Tobacco, offering you exposure to various business environments.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via Live Chat, Email, and Phone Calls, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses that exceed customer expectations. You will be the face of our clients' brands, building lasting relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
This exciting opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya, with a competitive salary package of up to RM4,600 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via Live Chat, Email, and Phone Calls
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns within agreed SLAs
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Represent the company brand professionally in all customer communications
- Support other team members and collaborate to achieve team goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay
- Strong typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, email systems)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required (full training provided)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
